First launched in 2011, it's now a staple part of the London Summer party season. Last night Emporio Armani played host to their annual Summer Garden Live event, held at Emporio Armani's New Bond Street store hidden garden.
This time in association with Spotify the music sharing site, Armani hosted performances by Aluna George, Jamie N Commons and Arlissa (above) as well as a DJ set by Stuee Bevan, all introduced on stage by MTV's Laura Whitmore, dressed head-to-toe in Emporio Armani.
Guests were, as usual, a mixture of fashion and music insiders and included Oona Chaplin, Craig Roberts, Amber Anderson, Gemma Chan, Jack Fox, Bip Ling, Tom Cullen and Zara Martin who, along with other guests enjoyed copious bespoke cocktails by Ciroc vodka and drinks from Peroni Nastro Azzurro.
It may not have been quite so star-studded as previous years' parties (last year I chatted with actor, Douglas Booth) but the London heatwave and the air-con ramped up (to make it bearable) made sure that guests would rather be here than anywhere else in the Capital.
Aluna George rocked a set that had guests swaying and whopping from the beginning. The London duo did good.
