I raved about this collection when I reviewed it. Guillame Henry's taste level seems to aptly nail the new Carven customer - somewhere a cross between Parisienne lady-like trying to be a bit more sassy New York.
The rounded, over-sized teddy bear coats that were the star of the show feature heavily in the campaign and their colours reflect the Carven softness - baby blue, soft pink and camel.
Henry's new directional evening wear such as the 'traffic light' taffeta evening dresses also feature in the campaign but shot in daylight on striking French model, Marine Deleeuw.
This collection showed Guillame Henry's on form. With the addition of a stellar new fragrance for the House created by Francis Kurkdjian, Carven's on a roll.
The campaign will appear in September issues.
